Returns Policy

At Sun Corals Direct, our first priority is to ensure you receive a healthy specimen with every order.  We realize, however, that we are shipping living creatures and even with our extensive quality control measures, there are exceptional circumstances when a specimen does not survive transport.  Here's what you can do to help:
    1. Make sure your tank is stable and meets the requirements of the species.
    2. Double check compatibility charts for the species you are ordering with all other existing species in the tank.
    3. Carefully follow the tracking on your order so someone is available to immediately receive the package upon its arrival.

If your specimen arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or dies within 14 days of receipt of the specimen, provide a digital photograph of the specimen and contact us at support@SunCoralsDirect.com or call us at 813.997.6975.  The specimen should be out of the shipping bag or aquarium and photographed on a white background. 

In addition to the digital photo, please include your name, contact information, date of purchase and order number.  Please provide any additional information that may be pertinent.
Once we received and reviewed the information we will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the matter, either by providing you a sending you a replacement or giving you store credit.
Our commitment to our customer is steadfast:  We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase.

Please keep in mind that we ship with signature required and it is your responsibility to follow the tracking and to be home or have someone home when the package arrives. If someone is not home to receive the package it voids the guarantee.
